The Ballet Slipper Conservatory of Oak Harbor (TBSC) is a non-profit ballet performance company located in Oak Harbor, Washington. TBSC has two major performances each year, as well as participating in smaller performances and demonstrations at local schools and other community events. TBSC is operated by a Board of 5 Directors.
